I have just finished reading a book by Derek Price, really a fantastic read, something that every believer should read and take note of. If you think that there are things holding you back in your life, its worth reading this book. I can highly recommend it!

Update
Some good news, I recently saw my doctor, and my bone marrow biopsy shows 0,02% MRD, compared to 0,06% 6 months ago. Next step will be 0%! So I'm doing very well, spending a lot of time cycling, in preparation for the Sani2C mountain bike race in 6weeks time. Its getting cold in the mornings, yesterday it was hovering around 10 degrees c.

2YRS POST SCT
I was reminded today that its been 2 years since my stem cell transplant! Cant believe it!
I'm doing so well, life is back to normal. Earlier this year I went for a cycle of treatment, and with that I need to go for a 6 weeks bone marrow biopsy. So that happens next week. I don't like this one, not very nice. I'm sure all is good, and so this will be a formality. I'm so grateful that I'm healthy, and that I don't really have any major complaints. Even my back is perfect. The Lord is Good, All the time!
Back into training for the Sani2C in May, I really look forward to it, although lost of training still ahead.

Blues Guitar Weekend
Recently I enjoyed a Blues Guitar Weekend Workshop with Dan Patlansky . This happened to be the weekend of my birthday. The workshop was held in the beautiful town of Clarens in the Free State. We spent the whole weekend talking about guitars, music and the blues. I must say I really learnt a lot, even though I have been playing guitar for some time. There is always some thing to learn. I met some great guys there, with common interest. Also amazing to see so many "Fender Strat's" in one place. Dan's has a 60's Strat, and also Glen! They must be worth a packet.
Clarens was amazing, we had lunch in the village, it really has an nice atmosphere!

On the last night we had a show, we all had to had to break into groups, we called our band "Whatever".. Was nice jamming with Dans Band ... (I think I need to get one of those...)
After all these years...."still got the blues".....

Cycling in Sabie
Had a great day today, did about 4 hours of cycling in the beautiful mountains of Sabie, went out this morning for about 2 hours, and 2 hours in the afternoon. We are camping next clean mountain river, nice and tranquil. We cycled up to the top of Lone Creek Waterfall, the views where amazing. Also had a chance to eat at Harries pancakes, always very nice.
Having a good time in nature!
